Why do I need an inventory?

No matter how well a tenant looks after the property, it will not be in the same condition at the end of the tenancy as it was at its start. It is extremely important to have a very detailed inventory report of the property at the start of the tenancy, with evidence for both sides.

Can you collect/return property keys?

Yes, we will collect the keys from the letting agent or landlord. Once the inventory is complete we will also label all the keys so if you need to cut copies for the new tenants, you won’t have to revisit the property.
